RE: Threats to media during protests a wake-up call. By David “he’s not your” Friend and Amy “not so” Smart.  The Canadian Press.

The self-serving editorial passed off as a news story complains that main stream journalists got treated shabbily (dangerously!!) by protesting truckers.  They’re surprised!  And feel wronged! As if being treated unfairly by the media would go unnoticed by the illiterate and unawares Neanderthals.

Obama’s former Deputy National Security Advisor Ben Rhodes sagely observed that the media are a bunch of know-nothing 27 year olds - aching to be manipulated into advocating the correct narrative.  Main stream media are now little more than propaganda vessels of the progressive narrative.  Look at who the MSM regard as outcasts: Fox News and Rebel News; both those outlets being famously thought of as (gasp!) conservative!!

What media outlets were treated with consideration and seriousness by protesting truckers? Rebel News and Fox News!

Those outlets took the truckers seriously and covered what they were protesting against.  What were their grievances?  All other media outlets pushed the Trudeau line and those “unacceptable views.”  The MSM were too dumb to recognize one of their own: the Antifa plant carrying a Confederate flag with a swastika on it.  That joker was seen once, never again, and tellingly, nobody has found out who he was! But he was useful!!

The progressive narrative is adamantly pro-compliance, and MSM love the guy with the big hair, who pays them over half a billion a year to keep them afloat.

Even Neanderthals have feelings.  Treat them with distain, and they won’t respond with Christian kindness; though some will.

Brent Jolly, president of the Canadian Association of Journalists, was quoted as saying “This is what happens when you have your brains scrambled by misinformation.”  The contempt palpable in this, and other of his remarks, can’t change the fact that a brand new vaccine mandate had been imposed on the truckers.  That wasn’t “misinformation” however you try to spin it.  Jolly's contempt and utter disregard for the facts and a basic lack of self-awareness, characteristic of MSM journalism, gives are real edge to the class-contempt MSM journalists have for the working class who step out of line.
