A Suggestion Back

RE: Suggestion for Convoy fans.  A letter to the editor by Joanne Bobiak of Hamilton.  The Hamilton Spectator 6 Jan 23.

Joanne Bobiak thinks Freed Convoy fans should go fight in Ukraine to better understand why she’s right, and they’re wrong.  “Learn what it’s like to really fight for your freedom,“ says this experience freedom fighter.  Well, it wouldn’t be my freedom I’d be fighting for in the Ukraine, but this is just one of Joanne’s many mistakes.

She hasn’t heard of Jeremy MacKenzie, founder of Diagolon in Canada.  MacKenzie is an Afghan vet who survived an IED explosion and is now a pain-wracked cripple podcaster who was arrested in Ottawa.  MacKenzie got radicalized after coming home to uncomprehending people like Joanne.

Tom Marazzo is a former RCMP ERT sniper who testified as a protest organizer.  In fact, the reason the Convoy was so well organized was the number of former military and police helping to organize it, and that nearly everyone involved was in the logistics business.  People like these acted because uncomprehending and comfortable people like Joanne didn’t realize the magnitude of government’s reach into tyranny.  It was people just like her neighbors who were protesting in Ottawa; the Convoy wasn’t a collection of boutique, effete Lefties.

The Liberal government survives off division and ignorance, aided by the Amen chorus in the MSM.  The Freedom Convoy was an effort to get through to the uncomprehending, and the Prime Minister understood this very well.  He testified with great reprehension, “they didn’t just wanted to be heard, they wanted to be obeyed.”

Oh, I forgot my suggestion back at Joanne.  I'll leave it to your imagination.
